Labrador Metis Nation Funding Deadline for 2010-2011
The Labrador Metis Nation wishes to advise their membership that anyone requesting funding assistance for Post Secondary studies for the period of April1, 2010-March 31, 2011 is asked to submit their application before the deadline of February 26th, 2010.
All applications must be received in our office or postmarked by that date.

RE: Name of Organization
Wheres the Labrador Metis Nation passed a resolution at a recent AGA to concentrate on the focus of our land claim submission on Inuit ancestry and cultural continuity; and
Whereas changes were made in the membership classifications to reflect this mandate; and
Whereas the term "Metis" in itself may not be the best one to reflect the identity of the full membership of the organization; and
